Lithium Drive: ElectricTV: CES 2011 GM's WILD New Electric Car - EN-V tnr.v, czx.v, lmr.v, rm.v, alk.ax, sqm, fmc, roc, lit, li.v, wlc.v, clq.v, res.v, ree, avl.to, nsany, f, gm, rno.pa, dai, byddf, hev, aone, vlnc

You can see the future of urban mobility today and there is no place for combustion engine or hydrogen fuel cell with the hydrogen storage in GM EN-V, it is an Electric Car and it is powered by Lithium battery. This future actually is much closer than a lot of people think:

"Concepts like these are the future of urban transportation in our opinion. Nobody would like to crash in these babies, but add here within next ten years: dedicated driving lanes (or newly build urban areas with this idea in mind), anti collision systems and range of 100 miles and it will be way to move forward in our cities in the future.

Now it is 25 miles rage, so we will need future progress on Lithium Battery, which is coming according to Argonne.
Benefits are obvious - there is no place for any CE here - it is an electric car, no tail pipe, no emissions, no noise pollution on the dedicated highway, you can park 5 EN-v on one parking space and traffic management system will make cruising speed at 30-40 mph (now 25 mph) more than comparable with sitting in the traffic.
With aging population these devices can grant the mobility and prolong active lifestyles to millions in the nearest future."
